Client Care

Expert caring and sensitive legal advice.

We can help find solutions without the long legal delays you may encounter with other law firms.  As a specialist family law practice we focus on family law and use all our experience in obtaining the best result for you.  A substantial percentage of our cases are related to family law matters which include, advising couples, divorce, children’s matters and Human Rights applications arising from Family situations.  However we also have considerable experience in the areas of law that can affect the happiest of families from time to time such as Conveyancing, Wills and Probate and advice to small businesses.

Thea Henley our Principal undertakes the majority of the work for this firm personally with the aid of her assistants.  No correspondence or documents will leave the office if not checked by her even if their production had been delegated to her assistants.

Our most important job is to listen to you and find out what you think about things that are happening to you now or are likely to happen to you in the future.  We can then give effect to your instructions whether those instructions are to obtain a divorce, sort out your difficulties over contact or residence with your children, seek to negotiate a consent order on your behalf to finalise all ancillary financial matters that affect you or to obtain for you the protection of the court in circumstances of domestic abuse.

We want you to feel free to talk to us on the telephone whenever you need to, if the person you usually speak with is temporarily unavailable then please leave a message and we will make sure that they or someone else on their behalf returns your call as soon as possible.

We aim to offer you an efficient service but if there is anything, about which you are unhappy or require more explanation, then please first get in touch with us so that any problem can be resolved sooner rather than later.

If things are really wrong you can either use our complaints procedure or write to:
The Legal Complaints Service their web address is-

www.legalcomplaints.org

Recent legislation places us under a duty to report any suspicious circumstances relating to financial matters that become known to us.  For example if we have any information which indicates that there may have been benefit fraud or tax evasion.  For the same reason we are required to check your identity preferably with some photo ID or letters from your bank, utility provider or some other official source such as the Benefits Agency.
